Accidents

You may have had an accident, but you 'feel fine'. Each jolt and trauma - major and minor - is recorded in the spinal joints. Days, months, or even years later it can produce a symptom.

Stress

Stress is one of the most common causes of disease. Stress is an attack on your body of mental or physical means. For instance - job, work, marriage, or finance related stress, junk food, alcohol, prescription medications, sugar and caffeine overuse all take a toll on your body. They show up as mild symptoms, which get ignored until it's too late.

Work and Routine

Your job could also be taxing your spine. Sitting at a bad workstation for years, constantly reaching for the mouse can result in carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain and headaches. Bad lifting techniques create low and mid back pain. Continual driving creates neck and low back pain. Children are now more frequently seen for more problems developed by wearing weighty backpacks.
